Paramour Pakistan Refund Policy:

*Refund Conditions:*

1. *Wrong or Faulty Products:*
- Refunds will only be issued if you receive the wrong product or if the product is faulty upon receipt.
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

*Refund Process:*

- To initiate a refund claim, please contact our customer service within the specified timeframe.
- Provide clear details about the issue and attach supporting documentation, such as images, to validate your claim.

2. *Claim Validation:*
- Our team will review the submitted claim and may request additional information or evidence.
- Validation of the claim is at the discretion of Paramour Pakistan.

3. *Refund Approval:*
- If the claim is validated and approved, you will be notified, and the refund process will commence.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

4. *Refund Processing:*
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after claim approval.
- Refunds will cover the cost of the product and original shipping charges (if applicable).

*Exceptions:*
- Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the fragrance.
- Opened products (broken cellophane seal) are not eligible for refunds unless they are wrong or faulty.
